The Journal-Courier is seeking a highly motivated and determined inside sales person. To be a successful Inside Sales Representative on our team, you will need to demonstrate a positive, customer-centric focus, and be able to thrive in a team atmosphere. Also important is your high level of attention to detail, follow-through, and thorough knowledge of Excel and Word.

Interactive is a major focus throughout FCI, and it is transforming our industry. The Community Newspaper Division of FCI is taking an innovative approach to "riding the wave" of this transformation, taking advantage of FCI's newly-launched Interactive Division, a corporate resource that is helping ensure the success of our diverse and market-responsive portfolio of products and services.

In most situations you will report to an Advertising or Sales Manager. We'll start by training you so that you have a solid grasp of our products, the strategies behind our sales programs, our markets, and more. Your mission will be to sell customized advertising packages that maximize the benefits of advertising for our customers while maximizing revenues for our company.
